James Litinsky is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of MP Materials (NYSE: MP); he founded MP Materials in 2017 to revitalize the Mountain Pass mine in California, the only operating rare earth mining and processing facility in the United States. Before this, Litinsky founded JHL Capital Group LLC, an alternative investment firm and held roles at Fortress Investment Group and Omnicom Group.
